The listing owner is responsible for the accuracy of the property data they publish. The renter is responsible for verifying the property before paying or signing any contract.
Some listings on the platform are automatically collected from public sources (such as Facebook real-estate groups) with consent or on behalf of the original poster, and initial contact may go through the platform number to ensure quality and safety before connecting you to the owner.
Publishing misleading, fraudulent, or non-existent property listings is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without prior notice.
AqarHills is not responsible for any financial or legal dispute arising between the owner and the renter after they connect directly.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
